Key parts of free expression — လွတ်လပ်သောထုတ်ဖော်ရေးသားပြောဆိုခြင်း၏ အဓိကအစိတ်အပိုင်းများ

Freedom of expression has 5 key parts:

  1. “Everyone shall have the right…”
  2. “…to seek, receive and impart…”
  3. “…information and ideas of any kind…”
  4. “…regardless of frontiers…”
  5. “…either orally, in writing or in print, in the form of art of through any media…”

လွတ်လပ်စွာရေးသားထုတ်ဖော်ပြောဆိုခွင့်တွင် အဓိက အရေးကြီးသော အစိတ်အပိုင်း (၅) ခုရှိသည်။ ၄င်းတို့မှာ –
