၂၀၂၀ ခုနှစ်သည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ ခေတ်သစ်သမိုင်းတွင် ပထမဆုံး အရေးကြီးသော ဆန္ဒထုတ်ဖော်မှုများ ဖြစ်ပေါ်သည့် နှစ်တစ်ရာ အထိမ်းအမှတ် အခါသမယ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ၁၉၂၀ ခုနှစ်တွင် လွတ်လပ်ရေးဆိုင်ရာ ဆန္ဒထုတ်ဖော်မှုများ လုပ်ဆောင်စဉ်ကတည်းက ဒီမိုကရေစီအတွက် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ ရုန်းကန်လှုပ်ရှားမှုတွင် ဆန္ဒထုတ်ဖော်ခွင့်ကို ကျင့်သုံးလုပ်ဆောင်မှုသည် အဓိကကျ လျက်ရှိသည်။

“မြန်မာ့ ဆန္ဒထုတ်ဖော်သူများ လက်စွဲ”စာအုပ်တွင် ပြည်သူများ ၎င်းတို့၏ ဆန္ဒထုတ်ဖော်ခွင့်ကို လွတ်လပ်စွာ ကျင့်သုံး နိုင်ရန်အတွက် လိုအပ်သောဗဟုသုတများကို ဖော်ပြထားသည်။

ဤလက်စွဲစာအုပ်တွင် (၁) သက်ဆိုင်ရာ နိုင်ငံတကာနှင့် ပြည်တွင်းဥပဒေများ (၂) မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင်း ဖြစ်ပေါ်နေသည့် လားရာလမ်းကြောင်းများ (၃) ထိန်းသိမ်း၊ ဖမ်းဆီး၊ စွဲချက်တင် ခံရသည့်အချိန်များတွင် သင်၏ ရပိုင်ခွင့်များနှင့် ရွေးချယ်ခွင့်များ စသည်တို့နှင့် ပတ်သက်သော လမ်းညွှန်ချက်များကိုလည်း ထည့်သွင်းရေးသားထားသည်။

စာဖတ်သူအနေဖြင့် နောက်ထပ်သုတေသန ပြုလုပ်လိုပါက ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရန်နှင့် မတူညီသော စာဖတ်ပရိသတ် အမျိုးမျိုးနှင့် ထိတွေ့ချိတ်ဆက်နိုင်စေရန်အလို့ငှာ မြန်မာဘာသာဖြင့်ရေးထားသည့် စာမျက်နှာတစ်ရွက်စီတိုင်း၏ နောက်တွင် အင်္ဂလိပ် ဘာသာဖြင့် ထပ်မံဖော်ပြပေးထားသည်။
